Thicket Adventure 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

At Thicket Adventure, we want you to love your gear as much as we do! If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Exchanges:
We offer free exchanges within 30 days of your purchase. If you need a different size, fit, or color, we’ve got you covered! Just let us know, and we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label to make the process as easy as possible.

Returns:
If you prefer to return your item, you can do so within 30 days of your purchase. Please note, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund promptly.

How to Start a Return or Exchange:

Simply login to the Customer Portal to request a return/exchange or reach out via our Contact Page and we’ll guide you through the process.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Final Sale
Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit. All final sale purchases are considered complete at the time of checkout.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
